Fergy LH - Talk It Out

Fergy LH are a ticking time bomb of a band, consisting of Liam McKeown (guitar/vocals), Fergal Hartnett (guitar/lead vocals), Luke D’Aulerio (drums), and Michael McNab (bass). Hailing from Birmingham with deep Irish roots, this energetic quartet blends raw garage rock with an unmistakable punk attitude.

Their debut single, Talk It Out, is a relentless, high-speed ride that sits somewhere between the chaotic energy of Osees, the psychedelic flair of King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, and the gritty indie-punk of The Libertines. Fergal Hartnett delivers sharp, visceral verses before spiraling through the breakdown and launching into a cathartic final chorus. Lyrically, the song tackles toxic masculinity, urging a shift towards healthier emotional expression. The band explains: “The song was inspired by passing my off-licence and noticing all the work lads stopping off in their vans to grab booze after work. Just thought that's what a lot of men do, rather than talk to their mates about their day or what's going on.”

After catching the attention of Hak Baker early on, Fergy LH hit the road with the East End troubadour in 2022, sharpening their sound and electrifying their live performances. Now brimming with confidence and intensity, the band is an unstoppable force, ready to bring their raw energy to the world.
