Mississippi psych rock duo “Arc Of Quasar” - portrayed by Morgan and Jon Gaines.
Initially intended as a formula for dream interpretation, the Gaines’s began writing songs in 2019 through the lens and shared love of late 60’s psychedelic music/French pop/Brazilian folk. Using period correct audio recording/mixing techniques, Arc Of Quasar produce tracks that have a sense of nostalgia with a modern take. “AOQ1” is the first of 4 EPs set to release in 2022 to complete their debut album. The three songs were recorded in the old “Muscle Shoals Sound Studio” (AL) and ran to tape at “Memphis Magnetic” (TN).
