| Photo by Kristina Bakrevski The duo recorded Love Is Here (The End Is Near) in three weeks of winter in Mexico City with their friend producer Martin Thulin, in the conditions of the live, with a drummer and a bassist. The songs go through layers of psychedelic fogs, deep inside the box (Nuclear Love, Love Is Here) or by taking time to breathe (My Far Out Friend, Prisoners). This album is dark, but never sealed: Charlie and Brandon sing confusion and disillusionment, but to better tame them with electric riffs. |
