Dead Rabbits - A Different Place

From euphoria to despair, Dead Rabbits' new album 'A Different Place' – the Southampton-based first album since 2016's 'Everything Is A Lie' – takes you on a journey through the ups and downs of the day-to-day. Over three years of cancellations, disappointment and disillusion, global events made the album's creation more difficult than anyone could've imagined. All hurdles overcome, Dead Rabbits' fourth studio LP sees them return with their own brand of heavy-hitting psychedelic rock. From soft velvet sounds to the raw and explosive, electronic undertones supplement a wall of guitars.

On 'A Different Place', vocalist and guitarist Tom Hayes says: "I wanted to create an album that takes the listener somewhere else. Musically I wanted to create something that captures how we as a band actually sound. But within that, each song tells a different story and the music compliments them. I took a reflective look into my mental health. Highlighting just how fine the line is between successes and failures. Typically, external words and actions encourage a greater positive outcome. That's how it works for me, hopefully listeners can feel where I'm coming from."
